Symptom
When performing a backup / restore, the following error occurs:
Failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud. Error=The current index version "xxxx" is not compatible with the supported version "xxxx"
Cause
These are the possible reason for the error:
- The backup client is running a higher version than the current backup version.
- AhsayOBM / AhsayACB was downgraded to a lower version, resulting in an incompatible index.
Resolution
The current AhsayOBM / AhsayACB version for backup and restore must be the same.
