Ahsay Marketing Support Program

The Ahsay Partners program aims to help Ahsay partners expand their business with Ahsay backup solutions in their region via a sponsor marketing fund. We appreciate Ahsay partners applying for an Ahsay marketing fund based on the following requirements.

What marketing items that Ahsay will sponsor?

Ahsay will sponsor maximum 50% of marketing funds for physical events, such as exhibitions, conferences, and seminars or in-house seminars. The maximum is USD13,000 per event, based on the below Ahsay partner types.

Ahsay Gold Partner 2025	You will get 50% marketing fund sponsor*
Ahsay Silver Partner 2025	You will get 25% marketing fund sponsor
Ahsay Partner 2025	You will get 10% marketing fund sponsor

*Ahsay may attend event

How to apply?

Step 1: Submit the proposal for Ahsay's approval before the event with the following information:

Event name
Reasons you launch this event with event website, eDM invitation
Budget break drown
Event start date, end date
What Ahsay solutions will you promote?
How many visitors/audiences will join this event
Estimated number lead generation

Step 2: Ahsay will review your proposal. Once the proposal is approved by Ahsay, partner manages event by themselves.

Step 3: You will submit the claim fund document as below within 1 month after the event finished date.

Claim supporting requirement

For claiming a physical event, the partner must use marketing funds to promote Ahsay Backup with:

Photo or video of the event, marketing material, souvenirs with the Ahsay logo, attendance list with company name, the attendee's name, and the number of leads generated of the event.
Third party invoice/expense receipts with the following description of physical events include

Venue, visual, audio rental and F&B/catering expense
Booth/banners/backdrop/eDM invitation/souvenirs/ leaflet design and production expense
Showgirl(s)/KOL/MC/photographer expense for the event
Marketing material transportation cost

Terms and conditions

Partner must promote Ahsay backup solutions only. Other competitor solutions promotion are not allowed.
Sponsor items do not include fixed costs such as your current labour cost, purchase computer/TV/mobile phone cost. And flight and hotel cost.
If any dispute, Ahsay will make final decision.
