Failed to login to S3Compatible (Cannot create cloud file backup set for (CTYun))

Symptom

When creating a cloud file backup set (CTYun), the following error message is displayed:

"[I][CloudException.ConnectFailedExpt][S3CompatibleManager.login] Failed to login to S3Compatible, (ClientHandlerException: java.net.ssl.SSLException: Certificate for <oos.ctyunapi.cn> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names ..."

Cause

This is a known issue for AhsayCBS and AhsayACB / AhsayOBM version 8.5.2.33 to pre-8.5.2.106.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 8.7.0.0 or above.
