Backup / Restore getting error "Insertion failed because database is full (database or disk is full)

Symptom

When attempting to perform a backup / restore, the following error occurs:

[erro] java..sql.SQLException: [TemporaryTable.list] Failed to list on table 'RestoreDestinationCmd$BackupDirectory2' Caused by: org.sqlite.SQLiteException: [SQLITE_FULL] Insertion failed because database is full (database or disk is full)
Cause

This error indicates that the backup / restore process could not proceed or complete because the temporary folder is full. As a result, AhsayOBM / AhsayACB was unable to download and save the additional files needed for the backup / restore.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, kindly do one of the following:

  • Check the available free space on the temporary drive. Make sure it has sufficient space to store temporary files.
  • Change the current temporary drive with one that has enough space.
