Accounts Using Twilio 2FA
For user accounts using Twilio Two-Factor Authentication prior to upgrading to v9.1.0.0 or above and continues to use Twilio, the Profile will have different tabs available. Instead of having just five tabs, it will have six tabs. The “Authentication” tab is replaced by the “Password” and “Security Settings” tabs. Please refer to the GUI - Profile section (Authentication and Password sections respectively) for more details.
Also, this will be the General tab for old backup accounts that are still using Twilio for Two-Factor Authentication.

| Login name | Name of the backup account. |
| Display name | Alias that will be displayed in the backup user list in the AhsayCBS User Web Console. |
| Time | The date and time the user last logged in. |
| IP address | The IP address used to login. |
| Phone number (MFA) | The phone number where sms authentication will be sent when 2FA is enabled. |
| Browser / App | The browser or app used to login to AhsayCBS User Web Console or AhsayOBM. |
