Symptom
When performing a MS Windows System State backup, the following error message is displayed on the backup client interface:
MS Windows System State Backup module is not supported
Cause
MS Windows System State backup is not supported by Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 or 10. This is a limitation of the Windows Backup Feature (WBAdmin.exe).
Resolution
This is a limitation of the Windows Backup Feature (WBAdmin.exe). Consider to perform an image backup for the operating system using the MS Windows System Backup module instead.
