Limitation / Known Issue of This Version

Deployment / Upgrade

  • For multi-domain SSL certificates added to CBS before v7.17.0.30, users are required to re-add the SSL certificates to CBS v7.17.0.30 or above, before the certificates can be used on sub-admin accounts.

Note

  • Besides the availability of re-branding option, the license key must have valid maintenance in order to build any v9 branded AhsayCBS/OBM/ACB installer.

Bug Fixes

API

  • API ListBackupJobStatus.do does not show the owner of the backup user in v9.9 (ref: T-39594)
  • API ListBackupJobs.do returns the value “java.lang.StackOverflowError” (ref: T-39655)

Application Specific Backup/Restore – Microsoft365

  • M365 does not backup some emails from Outlook under the Inbox folder (ref: T-39545)
  • M365 backup encountered “Failed to handle same file, The query specified in the URI is not valid” error (ref: T-39702, T-39729, T-39819)
  • M365 backup/restore encountered index.db.tmp size incorrect error (ref: T-39778, T-39784, T-39813)

General / Miscellaneous

  • System user account unable to view backup reports after upgrading to v9.9.6.0 (ref: T-39632)

Requirement

  • NFS service requires GLIBCXX_3.4.20 in FreeBSD 13 (ref: T-39712)
