How to setup free trials on your AhsayCBS server?

Please use the following steps to Set Up Free Trials on your AhsayCBS.

1. Login to AhsayCBS web management console using the system account.
2. Go to Backup/Restore > Basic > Free Trial Options
3. Check the box beside Enable Free Trial Registration.
4. Choose the module that you would like the trial user to have access to.
5. Set the Total Quota in GB for the free trial user.
6. Set the duration of the free trial.
   Choose between 7 to 90 days. The default value is 30 days.
7. Set the number of days before access is removed from the free trial user.
   Choose between 30 to 180 days. The default value is 60 days.
8. Click the save icon to save the changes.
9. To verify if the free trial has been setup correctly, download and install either AhsayOBM or AhsayACB on your computer.
10. Launch AhsayOBM or AhsayACB then click Free Trial. Click OK to proceed.
11. Enter the Login Name, Email Address and Password of the trial user. Click OK to proceed.
