How to recover my users.xml file from a previous backup on AhsayCBS?

Please use the following steps to recover the users.xml file from a previous backup on AhsayCBS.

1. Stop your AhsayCBS service in the Services app.
2. Go to C:\Program Files\AhsayCBS\conf\Backup
3. Extract the users.xml file from one of the backup files.
   File Format: dr-YYYY-MM-DD_Configuration.zip
4. Copy the users.xml file and paste it to the folder located in C:\Program Files\AhsayCBS\conf.
5. Start your AhsayCBS service in the Services app.
6. Login to AhsayCBS web management console using the system account.
7. Go to Backup/Restore > Users, Groups & Policies > Backup Users for the list of backup user accounts.
