IIS Windows page is displayed when accessing AhsayCBS localhost

IIS Windows page is displayed instead of the AhsayCBS web console.

The IIS web server is installed and enabled on the AhsayCBS server, causing a conflict between the AhsayCBS and IIS.

• Important: Uninstalling the web server assumes that IIS is not being used for any other purpose on your server. Otherwise, configure another port on the AhsayCBS web console by accessing the localhost using HTTPS. On your AhsayCBS web console, go to System Settings > Basic > General > Connectors.

To resolve this uninstall the IIS on the AhsayCBS server by following the steps below:

1. Open Server Manager and click IIS.
2. Click Manage > Remove Roles and Features.
3. Click Next and untick IIS.
4. Continue to Next and click Remove.
5. When the deletion is complete, click Close.
6. Restart the server for the changes to take effect.
