How to install AhsayOBM on macOS v10.15 or above?

Please use the following steps to install AhsayOBM on mac OS for v10.15 and above.

1. On your AMBaaS management console, click on the download button to access the download page.
2. From the AhsayOBM tab, look for macOS. Then, select the DMG online installer to download the package installer of your AhsayOBM.
3. After the download is completed, double-click the downloaded obm.pkg file.
4. Once the AhsayOBM setup window opens, click [Continue].
5. Click [Continue].
6. Click [Continue].
7. Then, select [Agree].
8. Click [Install].
9. Enter your account password, then click [Install Software].
10. A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Desktop folder. Click [OK].
11. A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Documents folder. Click [OK].
12. A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Downloads folder. Click [OK].
13. Installation may take up to a few minutes depending on your internet connection.


14. Once the installation has been successfully completed, click [Close].
15. A prompt will ask if you want to move the Installer to the Bin. Click [Move to Bin].
16. To launch AhsayOBM, open Finder or Launchpad.
17. Click [Applications] if you open Finder.
18. Then, click the AhsayOBM icon to open.
19. The startup for AhsayOBM will fail. Click on the red button from the prompt to proceed.
20. From the warning display of Enable Full Disk Access, click on [1. Click this to open the Security & Preference Panel].
21. From Security & Privacy, click on the padlock from the lower left.
22. Enter your account password, then click [Unlock].
23. Click on the AhsayOBM checkbox, then a prompt will show to quit AhsayOBM. Click on [Quit & Reopen].
24. Go back to Security & Privacy and click on the padlock again.
25. Once you're on the AhsayOBM login page, enter your credentials to access your account.
