Please use the following steps to backup your iOS devices using Ahsay Mobile and AhsayOBM.

- Install Ahsay Mobile app
If applicable, do any of the following:
- From your phone screen, go to App Store.
- Search for Ahsay Mobile.
- Tap Get or the Install icon.
- Input your Apple password and tap Sign In
- Use the Touch ID by placing your enrolled fingerprint on the touch sensor
- Use the face ID on the front camera
- Register your mobile device
- Open AhsayOBM.
- Go to Settings and select Mobile Backup.
- Click Add.
- Scan the QR code using the Ahsay Mobile app.
- Open Ahsay Mobile app.
- Tap Allow to permit Ahsay Mobile to find and connect to devices on your local network.
- Tap Allow again to allow Ahsay Mobile to send notifications.
- Click Next and tap Allow to provide Ahsay Mobile the permission to use your Camera to scan the QR code.
- Once the QR Code is detected, tap OK to proceed.
- Selection of photos/videos to backup
- Go back to AhsayOBM. It is recommended to change the directory path as the default path may cause the machine to crash once it runs out of space.
- Tap the edit icon to change the directory path.
- Select the new directory path.
- Go back to Ahsay Mobile app. Tap OK to proceed.
- Select Photos and Videos only.
- Tap Done.
- Select a permission to provide Ahsay Mobile.
- Full Access will allow Ahsay Mobile to access ALL your photos and videos.
- Limit Access will allow you to manually select which photos and/or videos will be selected for backup. If this is selected, tap on the photos and videos to backup then tap Done.
- Run a backup job
- On your Ahsay Mobile app, go to the Backup section.
- Tap the Settings icon at the upper-right corner of the screen to configure the backup source.
- After modifying, tap X.
- Tap Backup.
