  • Test Mode for skipping delete physical files and index files when running data integrity check (ref: T-16734, T-17713)
  • Increase the default value of the -Xmx and -maxdirectmemorysize for 64 bits machine for Windows (ref: T-17639)

Application specific backup

  • OBM fails run on Synology NAS after updating DSM 6.1 (ref: ZOR-798-23436, T-17396)

Auto upgrade agent

Backup Destination

  • Backup Error "Type='LD' is not complete" (ref: EKZ-288-18339, T-17399)
  • Backup with error "Failed to delete.. because it is not empty. One of the existing files is..." after upgrade from v6 (ref: ZSD-635-78000, T-17917)
  • "[Shadow Copy] Snapshot for Shadow Copy Set is missing. Backup Terminate." error frequently occurs (ref: NRL-692-70916, T-17940)
  • File backup gets "Failed to save encrypted backup set encryption keys to server. Failed to get OutputStream of file" error (ref: QSH-962-29107, T-17945)
  • "caused by [OutOfMemoryError] Direct buffer memory" error shown during backup of Windows "System Volume Information" folder (ref: T-17954)
  • File reuploads in full again after the backup failed to migrate from v6 with "Failed to upload cached index file" error (ref: FIB-835-97451, T-17857)

General / Miscellaneous

  • Backup fails with "Failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud. Error=[CloudManager.ListFilesTask.run] Failed to list..." (ref: T-17763)
  • OBM retry and read timeout value is not available in afc.opt (ref: GBL-858-57791, T-17950)

Group Policy / Reseller Panel

  • Synology OBM shows all destinations with most hidden from policy (ref: GWS-192-68202, T-17658)
  • Disable "View" and "Edit" in [GUI Settings] > [General Settings - %BackupSetType%] cause OBC user unable to edit corresponding backup set setting (ref: LXS-810-69350, BHS-750-27020, T-17994)

Reporting / Email report
