Limitation / Known Issue of This Version

Deployment / Upgrade

  • For multi-domain SSL certificates added to CBS before v7.17.0.30, users are required to re-add the SSL certificates to CBS v7.17.0.30 or above, before the certificates can be used on sub-admins accounts.

Note

  • Besides the availability of re-branding option, the license key must have valid maintenance in order to build any v9 branded AhsayCBS/OBM/ACB installer.
  • Starting in v9.1.4.0, Office 365 modules will be renamed to Microsoft 365.

Bug Fixes

Application specific Backup - Cloud File

  • When backing up files/folders with special characters in Google Cloud Storage backup set, RuntimeException error is returned (ref: T-24643)
  • Failed to backup special characters for MS Azure Cloud File backup set with InputStream error (ref: T-26264)

Application specific Backup - Office365

  • Office365 Run on Server backup gets error “[SharePointManager.listDirectFromCloud] Failed to create a new folder iterator.” (ref: T-32410)
  • Office365 SharePoint “Data Syncronization Check” backup stuck after running for 1.5 hours (ref: T-32492)
  • When performing Office365 restore using first backup job, Delta of second backup job is also downloaded (ref: T-29165)
  • Incorrect Statistics warning appears when the user runs a DIC job for Office365 backup set (ref: T-29225)
  • Additional mail uploaded when user select only one mail (ref: T-29403)

Reporting / Email report

  • Progress of New, update, delete files are logged only in client logs but not to PDF report (ref: T-28848)

Replication

  • When replicating 1GB file to OpenStack, “Exception=java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space” replication error is returned (ref: T-25554)
