[1] VMware ESXi / vCenter Backup Set only supports 64-bit Windows operating system. [2] AhsayOBM v9.1.2.64+ Granular restore is only supported on guest VMs running on Windows operating system. The drive(s) of the Windows guest VMs are NOT encrypted with security software, i.e. BitLocker or other third party security software.

Other Dependencies

The following dependencies need to be installed on the AhsayOBM / AhsayACB / AhsayOBR restore machine for OpenDirect / Granular Restore to work:
