How to backup PostgreSQL Databases on macOS?

Solution
Please use the following steps to backup PostgreSQL databases using AhsayOBM on macOS.
- From the dock of Mac running PostgreSQL, click the AhsayOBM icon.
- Enter your credentials to login.
- From the AhsayOBM home screen, select Backup Sets.
- Click the [+] sign to create a new backup set.
- Rename the file backup set or use the default name provided.
- Change the backup set type to PostgreSQL Backup.
- Enter the login ID, password.
- You may keep the Host and Port values on default or change it accordingly if your PostgreSQL database instance is setup using a different machine and/or port.
- Enter the path for pg_dump.
- Click Next to continue.
- Select the databases that you aim to backup, then click Next.
- Turn on scheduled backup and create backup schedule. Click Next.
- Select Concurrent as backup mode.
- Leave the maximum concurrent backup destinations on default.
- Then click the [+] sign to add a new storage destination. Ahsay Drive is selected by default.
- Click OK.
- Click Add to add another destination, then select a local/network destination.
- Click Next.
- Keep the default setting for Encryption. Click Save.
- Keep a copy of your encryption key. Click Confirm.
- You now have the option to backup your database files by clicking Backup Now.
- Or click Close and wait for AhsayOBM to backup your database files on the schedule you set it on.
