AhsayOBR Restore Error "Cannot write file in temporary directory"

Symptom
When performing a restore with AhsayOBR (Restore App), the following error message is displayed in the client user interface:
Cannot write file in temporary directory "\directory_path", Reason = "The system cannot find the path specified., "'\directory_path'"
Cause
This issue will occur if the temporary directory specified for the backup set does not exist on the computer.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, Upgrade AhsayCBS to version 9 or above
Perform another restore afterward, by download and installing AhsayOBR from the upgraded AhsayCBS server.
Specify the temporary directory for storing restore files when prompted:
