Version 5.1.0.9c (1-Dec-2006)

This is a maintenance release which contains many bug fixes and enhancements. All users running AhsayOBS 5.0/5.1 should upgrade to this release as soon as possible.

  • Bug - Fixed the problem of "[BackupSet.append] Uploaded file size incorrect" after a "Read timed out" error
  • Bug - Fixed the problem of "javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException. Connection has been reset" when backing up large in-file delta files
  • Bug - Fixed the problem of slow backup speed when using AhsayOBM under Mac OS X

Known issues in this release

  • Undeleting backup files under the [File Explorer] page is now working (fixed in 5.2.1.0 already)
  • AhsayOBS is not retaining files under backup files using an advanced retention policy setting (fixed in 5.2.1.0 already)
  • Unknown intermittent hang up when running AhsayOBS with replication module enabled. In 5.1.0.9c, AhsayOBS is now programmed to running exslusively in UNSYNC to workaround this instability problem (will fix this in 5.2.1.1)

  3. If you are getting "0" quota on all add-on modules on the [Manage System] -> [Software License] page, please press the [Update] button again on the license page.
