You can login to AhsayCBS with just your username and password. However, the AhsayCBS administrator may optionally enable or enforce the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

If the AhsayCBS administrator did not enable 2FA, you may skip to Login to AhsayCBS without 2FA.

If the AhsayCBS administrator enabled 2FA, upon your login to AhsayCBS, you will have the option to setup 2FA. You may also skip the setup and do it later. Once 2FA is configured, it will be enabled for your account automatically.

More than one mobile device may be added for 2FA.

2FA supports Push notification and TOTP (Time-based One-time Password) authentication using the Ahsay Mobile app to provide additional security during the user login process. Aside from logging in with just a username and password, if the account has 2FA enabled, there is an additional step needed to be able to complete the login.

For logins with 2FA enabled, the authentication method that will be available will depend on the authenticator app registered during setup.

If Ahsay Mobile is used as the authenticator app:

  • you will accept the login request via push notification in the Ahsay Mobile app.

    or

  • enter the one-time password generated in the Ahsay Mobile app.

If a third-party authenticator app is used:

  • you will enter the one-time password generated in the third-party authenticator app (e.g. Authy, Duo, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, iOS 15 Built-in Two-Factor Authenticator, etc.)

If there are multiple authenticator apps registered for 2FA including Ahsay Mobile, push notification using Ahsay Mobile will be the default authentication method. Otherwise, TOTP will be used.
